Adam Pecan

Career & Workforce Coordinator

Adam is passionate about helping others thrive. As the Career and Workforce Coordinator at Fort Lewis College, he empowers students to own their professional journeys, embrace their unique strengths, and design meaningful lives. He leads a team of student career coaches and actively fosters student connections within the greater community.

Before joining FLC, Adam facilitated leadership development experiences with Colorado Outward Bound School, worked in community radio, and volunteered as a mediator. Having spent many years in Moab, Utah, Adam is now excited to be in Durango, serving and engaging with the Fort Lewis College community.

In his free time, Adam enjoys climbing local cliffs, creating music, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring the mountains, canyons, and rivers of the Colorado Plateau.
