As an intern in our Client Success Analyst position, your role will focus on helping our Sr. Analysts and Consultants with data gathering, analyzing information, and working with clients on specific projects. Working with Televon as an intern you will gain experience in business analytics, customer engagement, Televon team operations, and client side information technology services.
This position will work with computers, data, clients and Televon team members, so we are looking for the person to have the following skills and capabilities:
- Naturally friendly disposition
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets
- Solid attention to detail and able to follow procedures
- Willingness to try and figure things out on their own
- Professionalism in communications, both written and over the phone
- Dedicate 10-20 hours per week towards work
Televon is a 100% virtual company. Our clients are spread across the country, as is our team. We have people in New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Arizona, New Hampshire and Texas. All you need to be successful with Televon is a good internet connection and the ability to set scheduled hours (what schedule you select is flexible).
