Professional administrative assistant with strong organizational skills needed for busy CPA firm. Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Person will be office’s main receptionist with duties to include answering telephones, greeting clients, supporting Firm Administrator, and facility management. Must have ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude, sense of humor, dedication to client service and problem solving skills are a must.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, nonexempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. During tax season, periodically you may be asked to come in early, stay late, and/or come in on the weekend for a few hours.
Pay Range: Hourly $15.00 to $17.00 dependent on applicant’s skill, experience, effort and responsibility.
Benefits include the following:
1-5 years equals 120 hours of PTO (prorated upon start date)
6+ years equals 160 hours PTO
Volunteer hours for all staff is annual at 52 hours to be prorated at start date

3.0% SIMPLE IRA Match after 1st year
Bonus’s within company fiscal limitations are fully discretional.
