This position is primarily responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and staffing world-class talent for an A/V systems integrator based in Oklahoma City with multi-state divisions, in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Prior corporate recruiting and human resources experience is required. Experience with recruiting professional, sales, as well as technical positions is preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and proven proficiency in successfully executing best recruiting practices utilizing sourcing tools in a technical environment. The successful candidate is mature, professional, flexible, and is able to interface with all levels of employees and management; works well under pressure, and is adept at managing multiple priorities as well as maintaining sensitive/ confidential information; advanced PC skills (MS Office) are required.
