The U.S. Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) has a number of opportunities for current full-time college/university sophomores and juniors (that graduate no earlier than Fall 2023) to participate in a paid Summer 2023 internship. In addition, Graduate students who are pursuing a masters degree immediately after awarded their baccalaureate degree are also eligible to participate in the Premier College Internship Program (PCIP). Our internships start at the GS-04 or GS-05 (for undergraduates) and GS-07 (for graduate students) based on the candidates number of credit hours and degree status.
The Copper Cap Intern Program is for candidates who graduated from a 4 year course of study leading to a baccalaureate degree or masters degree from an accredited institution. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 semester-hours of Business courses, but is not a requirement. This program offers a 3-year formal training and development plan with non-competitive annual salary increases and promotions following successful performance and supervisory approval.
